Dr. Halscott is an internationally recognized leader in Obstetric Critical Care, combining his experience in both Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to promote evidence-based care for the most challenging situations in pregnancy. He has contributed to numerous guidelines and educational projects for many organizations, including co-authoring the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine's COVID management guidelines. He is a current or past member of editorial boards for prominent journals, as well as an award-winning reviewer in both obstetrics and critical care. He has also contributed numerous chapters to several textbooks. His clinical focus is on maternal medical complications in pregnancy, obstetric critical care including placenta accreta surgery, labor and delivery management, preterm birth prevention including abdominal cerclage placement, medical education, healthcare logistics, and promotion of collaborative care.

With 15 years of dedicated experience in women's health, Lisa is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a genuine passion for supporting families through high-risk pregnancies. She brings evidence-based expertise and deeply personalized care to every patient — because she knows that every journey to motherhood is unique. Outside the clinic, Lisa's nurturing spirit extends to fostering kittens, adventuring outdoors with her family through kayaking, hiking, and biking, and being fully present for the people she loves.

Cynthia is a Lead Sonographer in Maternal Fetal Medicine at HRPCAZ, dedicated to enhancing diagnostic accuracy and maintaining the highest professional standards of patient care in line with AIUM guidelines. With extensive experience in high-risketrics and fetal echocardiography, she delivers advanced diagnostic imaging for complex maternal and fetal conditions. As a Certified Sonographer with the ARDMS, Cynthia is passionate about mentoring future ultrasound professionals while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and AI-assisted techniques. Known for her empathetic approach, she a supportive environment, helping to alleviate anxiety for expectant families through compassion and technical excellence.
